Taking good care of your cooker will prolong the life and ensure less faults occur. Here are a few tips:

After cleaning oven / hob always leave on for 15-20 mins to ensure all parts have dried - helps stop rusting.
Always ensure burners are free from any dirt or cleaning deposits.
Do not use cleaning agents on inner door - this can cause glass to fall out.
Always preheat 20 mins min - reduces condensation (in most cases)
